Show Tiny the “Love Bug” What a Pain-Free Life Feels Like

cat

It is safe to say that Tiny knew a lifetime of adversity before her first birthday.

At nine-months-old, weighing only 3.5 pounds, a brown tabby female was found living beneath a dumpster behind a supermarket. Imagine being a social, domesticated animal and only knowing life beneath a dumpster, fending for any food that can be found inside and sleeping beneath for protection and slight cover from the weather. It is safe to say that Tiny knew a lifetime of adversity before her first birthday.

After being found by a local resident, Tiny was brought to the Humane Society of Oldham County. Soon after, she was diagnosed with Feline Stomatitis, an incredibly painful disease which involves severe inflammation of the mouth and gums, causing ulcers on the tongue, lips, and throat, for which there is no cure. Without treatment, Tiny is in danger of being unable to eat due to extreme pain. Treatment for Tiny’s Feline Stomatitis involves some teeth extraction along with bimonthly laser therapy. This course of treatment will decrease her bacteria, inflammation, and overall pain. After treatment is completed, Tiny, who is known to be a real love bug, will be able to live the full, pain-free life she deserves after so much suffering.

You can give Tiny a better life. Just $20 helps pay for her ongoing medical treatment. Let’s show this little love bug what a joy life, free from pain, can be. Please click here to donate.
