OUT OF Slavery, INTO a Community of Courageous Women

12,700 young girls in Nepal are now free from being slaves in the homes of strangers—a lifestyle referred to as Kamlari. As each of these young women gained the support necessary + courage required to leave such conditions, they joined the Nepal Youth Foundation to continue to free other young girls enslaved in the same horrendous bondage they had escaped. Some of these girls were enslaved since the age of six!

Erby is a stray pup that has stolen the hearts of Coalition soldiers in Iraq. One of these soldiers took the step to reach out for help for Erby because she knew that life in the camp is a bleak future for any animal. This solider, like so many others, found some comfort in deployment by providing nurturing and love to a found stray animal in an inhospitable and difficult place. Because of donors like you, our deployed soldiers have an opportunity to rescue and return to the United States with the pet they save overseas.
