Imagine you are a Director, staff or volunteer at a local animal shelter or rescue organization. You see, hear of or find an animal in need. An animal that is obviously sick or injured. An animal that would make a good candidate for adoption if only they received the help they so need.
Now imagine this often happens, even daily. These cases take a toll on medical funds if you even have medical funds. You know you need to help just one more with your already depleted resources. Of course, veterinarians are not free. The situation is dire. Many wonderful and adoptable pets are euthanized simply because the organization does not have the money to pay their medical bills. It’s tragic for the pet and the humans that have to live this scenario daily.
GreaterGood.org Found a Unique Way to Help!
Every day, so many generous donors choose one of these pets to help. It may be a $5, $10 or even $20 donation. Every bit helps. It sure adds up, too. Since our Animal Medical Cases program began, we’ve been able to help shelters and rescues save over 200 adoptable pets with various medical needs! We’ve granted over $400,000 to worthy rescuers. We hope this made their days caring for these loving pets just a little easier. Knowing they have this valuable resource available puts them at ease and allows them to save so many more deserving pets.
Best of all—you get to play the starring role!
