Deadly Winter Storms: Rush Aid Now

This winter, severe weather has placed hundreds of millions at risk—to brutal cold, freezing rain, dangerous conditions, and blackouts. For many, recovery is still ongoing.

Now, blizzards have blanketed the East Coast, with bringing coastal flooding, heavy bands of snow, 60 mph winds, and whiteout conditions. Tens of thousands are without power and are stuck indoors as public transit is disrupted and businesses close.

For people and pets living without shelter, these storms can be life threatening.
