your gift helps us respond when disaster strikes

On Saturday, August 14, Haiti was rocked by a massive 7.2 magnitude earthquake, crumbling homes and businesses, killing over 1,400 people, and injuring nearly 6,000 more. The earthquake hit as the country was still reeling from a presidential assassination and increasing gang violence. Those affected are cut off from reliable food, water, and power. They need your help now.

To make matters worse, Tropical Storm Grace is expected to bring significant rain this week, potentially triggering additional flooding and landslides.

Greater Good Charities is already working with partners on the ground to distribute meals. We have received requests for critical medical supplies, tarps, and cash support to source food locally and pay for deliveries. If needed, we are prepared to bring in additional supplies that cannot be sourced locally. With your support, we can help those who need it most.

You can help, and your gift is urgently needed. Rush your support today. 100% of your tax-deductible gift goes to help.
