Greater Good Charities is deploying an emergency aid flight from Florida to Jamaica on Tuesday, November 4, filled with emergency packs, hygiene essentials, and critical pet supplies. Due to the urgent need, a second flight has been added Friday, November 7. You can help fund these airlifts.
Hurricane Melissa made landfall as a Category 5 storm, the strongest on Earth this year, leaving devastation across Jamaica, Cuba, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. More than 25 lives have been lost, and communities are still reeling from catastrophic flooding, power outages, and widespread destruction. Families are struggling to meet even their most basic needs.
Greater Good Charities has a team on the ground in Jamaica, and our first major flight of aid departs Tuesday, November 4. This flight will deliver Emergency Packs, hygiene essentials, and critical pet supplies, including crates, leashes, bowls, toys, and litter to help families and shelters in crisis.
