One of our shelter partners recently rescued cats from a horrible case of neglect. A concerned neighbor called when they discovered the owners had abandoned 16 cats in a home filled with garbage, molding food, and vermin. Beyond just the cats in the home, it was discovered they had left and taken an additional 6 more cats to a motel. The local shelter was able to rescue all of the cats.
Several of the cats were suffering from infections and malnutrition, and a few of them had eye infections so severe they may need amputation. Greater Good Charities is providing grants to cover their ongoing medical care, but we need your help.
Donate now to help put an end to animal cruelty. Just $10 can go towards rescuing and saving these cats.

Millions of animals are victimized by puppy mills, organized animal fighting, neglect, and general cruelty and neglect every year. These animals often live in inhumane conditions, are denied love and care, and, in some instances, are abused for the entertainment and satisfaction of humans.
Rescuing animals from situations like these can be costly and time-consuming. Animal shelters, law enforcement, and rescue organizations work together to humanely remove the animals and document conditions. The health and safety of the animals and people involved is also top priority, and oftentimes, sick and injured animals must be rushed to care immediately. In order to fund important rescues like these, we need your help.
With your donations, Greater Good Charities partners with on-the-ground organizations across the U.S. to fund rescue missions and the treatment of victimized animals. Your gift can support them on their journey to healing by providing medical care, food, and supplies. Will you be there in their time of need? Donate now.
