Sweet little Cookie was attacked by a large dog, badly damaging her eye. Her previous owners ignored the injury and refused to pursue any medical care for Cookie for a week. They finally surrendered her to a local rescue. Cookie’s eyeball had to be removed, and now she needs your help.

Lifesaving funding for pets
Emergency Animal Medical grants help pets that would be at risk of euthanasia without treatment or pets that have experienced traumatic injuries. Many of these pets have suffered abuse or neglect, or have been injured. Our funding has helped support everything from treatment for parvovirus to emergency surgery to save the lives of pets suffering from debilitating illness or traumatic injury that may result in amputations, and more. The one thing all our grants have in common: they save the lives of pets who otherwise wouldn’t have a chance.
