Supporting Communities During Disaster
During recent back-to-back Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Greater Good Charities donors stepped up to support our most comprehensive disaster response in our history. Together, we sent 140 truckloads of more than $8.7MM in aid to communities across the Southeast United States. And, we helped feed more than 10.5 billion bees whose forage was destroyed during these disasters.
Supporting People and Pets in Crisis
76,000+ Good Packs Distributed: These essential supply kits have provided crucial resources to people and pets facing crises worldwide.
Reducing Pet Overpopulation
63,000+ Animals Sterilized: Through targeted spay and neuter initiatives, we’ve taken significant steps over the last few years to control pet overpopulation, improving the lives of countless animals and their communities.
Finding Forever Homes
15,000+ Shelter Pets Transported: Our transport programs helped thousands of pets find their forever families, giving them a second chance at life. This year, we hit the incredible milestone of 15,000 total pets transported since the program started!
Delivering Life-Saving Supplies
9,600+ Shipments Delivered: From food and water to hygiene products and pet supplies, these shipments have reached communities in need across the globe through the years.
Enhancing Shelters
200+ Shelter Renovations Completed: Thanks to your support, over the past few years, we’ve transformed spaces for people, pets, and wildlife, creating safer, more comfortable environments. In 2024, we celebrated a total of 200 (and counting!) renovations completed!
