Supporting Resilient Communities: Ongoing Hurricane Relief Efforts

Weeks After the Storm, the Need Remains

Though weeks have passed since Hurricanes Helene and Milton struck, the devastation in many communities remains. Homes, businesses, and lives were uprooted, leaving families and individuals with a long road to recovery. Greater Good Charities is committed to staying on the ground, providing ongoing support to these communities as they rebuild and recover.

A Massive Mobilization of Aid

Greater Good Charities has mobilized an extensive relief effort across the Southeast. Since the hurricanes, we have dispatched 130 trucks filled with food, water, hygiene products, pet supplies, and more, delivering over $7.8 million worth of essential aid across 5 states, including remote and hard-to-reach areas.

Meeting Diverse Needs in the Aftermath

From basic needs like food and water to specialized support, we’re committed to helping in every way we can. In addition to humanitarian aid, we’ve been delivering bee pollen substitute, syrup, and sugar to local beekeepers, helping sustain vital bee populations that were impacted by the storms. This multi-layered approach ensures that people, pets, and the environment are all supported in their recovery journey.

Working Together for a Lasting Impact

The strength and resilience of these communities are inspiring, but the journey to full recovery will take time. Our teams, alongside local partners, are here for the long haul, responding to needs as they arise and ensuring that these communities know they’re not alone. Together, with the support of people like you, we’re making a real, lasting difference.

Help Us Continue the Effort

You can make an impact today by supporting our ongoing hurricane relief efforts. Every dollar donated multiplies our ability to help, providing critical resources to those who need them most. Let’s show these resilient communities that we’re here for them, every step of the way.
